First time travel with the PR card

Hello all,

I have some questions which I appreciate if you help me

It is my first time that I'm travelling with my PR card:

1)Apart from the PR card and passport do I need any other documents to travel? Such as COPR or ....?

2)Is it true that the first time that you are travelling with your PR card you can bring more than $10,000 or any other advantageous?

1. No, PR card and passport is all you need.
2. Anyone can bring more than $10,000 it's just that you have to declare that money on the declaration card you get when you arrive and be prepared to show/explain how you got that money as there is a good chance immigration officer will ask that.

Other than that i don't know if there is any advantage for a first time PR bringing money.
