Good afternoon.

My fiancee is working on sponsoring me to stay in canada with her, we are common-law at the moment but we are having some doubts about some fields in the forms to fill up.

We dont really have the money to spend hiring an immigration lawyer so we kinda have to figure out everything ourselves, or look for help online... and thats why im here.

One of the forms asks for the sponsor's employment history including name of the employer, addresses and phone numbers, fine and dandy, but when it comes to state the gross monthly income not including taxes, we are slightly confused. My fiancee earns a few thousand dollars a month but it all doesnt come from her job only, she gets money from other sources, so after so much explanation here is finally our question.

Do we include the whole gross monthly amount including the summary of all the sources she gets money from in every field they ask for a monthly amount regardless of the employer at the time or even if she was unemployed, or we just limit ourselves to put the specific amount of money she gets for each specific field in the timeline?

thank you for your time.

I'd say put what her income is for each job in each appropriate box, and on a separate piece of paper you can write a letter of explanation about how she earns income in other ways.
