Can I get student visa to the Canadian university with 7 bands in IELTS if I only pay the first semester fees? What is the procedure?Can I show my uncle funds living in Canada or my parents only?

You should show that you paid the full year and whether you get a study permit is dependent on your profile. For example your work and study history, proof of funds, ties to your home country, etc.
Don't mention your uncle that is in Canada will support you , i suppose that will harm your ties to your home country part
If the uncle is actually supporting their studies they need to mention this and show they have the additional funds. Having lots of extra funds with no good reason of how you obtained the funds also not advisable.
true ,i thought he said he wanted to show his uncles funds in canada which is unnecessary if he is not his sponsor and can even be a red flag but if he is indeed his sponsor i dot think he can hide it anyways.
