First entry after Supervisa is issued

Hi,
does anyone of you know what is the timeline by which one needs to make first entry into Canada after the supervisa is issued. I know it will be valid for 10 years.

visa valid 10 yrs = can enter Canada anytime during the validity
Upto two years stay = super visa, depends on CBSA officer, and must have health insurance for intended period of time.
