Which form do I use to request my FIRST Citizenship Certificate (official paper, not online one)? I downloaded form "CIT 0001 (12-2022) E" which is the "Application for Citizenship Certificate for Adults and Minors" but it doesn't show an option for first time application just replacements/lost/Canadian parents, etc. Thanks!

You don't need to ask for a first certificate if you were just granted citizenship.
IRCC will send it to you/make it available online.
