Fired Immigration Consultant not wanting to provide copy of submissions

Hi ,

I have since fired my husband's immigration consultant, as he was being negligent on his file, not photocopying things and not submitting things we've handed to him in a timely manner. I have since fired him and now continue to work on my husband's file alone. This guy was supposed to have sent me copies of his submissions that he submitted to immigration - but he is now ignoring the request and at the same time, tryiing to add me on Facebook, LinkedIn and where ever else - guess his way of apologizing cause he lost a good candidate, and an up and up group of people for recomendations etc.....

Is he bound to provide me the info I've requested ? Can I go through the law to have the information seized ?

Read the contract you signed. Any rights you have to information and documents should be contained in it. If the contract is silent on your rights to those documents and information, you can't force him, and you certainly can't have them seized.
