Fingerprints on Edo (FBI) for PCC

Hi, Im trying to get my fingerprints done on the https://www.edo.cjis.gov which seems not to be working. Any alternative?

you need to print some fingerprint cards (FD 258) on A4 paper, put your fingerprints on it and courier it to fbi office. check the website you posted it has the procedure.
