Fingerprint Card?

What do I write in the box where it says "RESIDENCE OF PERSON FINGERPRINTED"?
I am getting these done here in Newfoundland so would I put Newfoundland or Virginia (US)?

Don't mean to be impatient but I am on time constraints right now.

Is there a seperate section for mailing address or anything similar? If not, then put where you would like the fingerprints mailed I would imagine.

On the left hand side.
Two lines under APPLICANT, it ask for residence of person fingerprinted.

Do I put the state I am from, the country I am from, or the place I am living at now?

State you are from, you are visiting in Canada, not resident.

So would I just put United States there?
Or do I need to include the state as well?
