Fingerprint Bureau in Chennai

Hi, I need to get PCC from US and have to get fingerprint for FD 258 card. I am in Chennai and would like to know where in Chennai I could go for fingerprint and what are the procedures? Thanks in Advance.

I completed my fingerprint in Chennai and mail the fingerprint card with the email confirmation to the FBI CJIS Division, West Virginia and mail it on 11 Mar. The package got delivered on Mar 17 and since then I didn't get any update from FBI.gov. is this normal? How long should I wait for the completion of the PCC?
