Finger prints submitted two weeks ago - No change in the application status

Dear Forummates,

I applied visitor visa for my mother and she submitted the finger prints on 20th June which was two weeks ago. Still, there is no change in the application status. It says "Your action is required".

Do we have to do something else after we submit the finger prints at the VAC. Any other documents we need to upload from our side after the finger print submission?
