I wam working as an operation analyst with jpmorgan and i am part of corporate actions payment completion team.
My responsibilities includes:
Reconciliation of MT566 swift message under mandatory corporate actions and timely processing of the same to the clients account.
Management of client queries with respect to the corporate action events and processing.
Reconciliation of internal breaks pertaining to corporate actions events and clearance of the same.
Reporting pending high value payments to senior management.
Working on projects to eliminate the risks and reduce manual efforts.
Raising agent issue with respect to non usage of swift format in line with iso swift standards and following up with them to resolve.
Analysis of fail stp swift message and suggesting solutions to reduce fail stp.
Pre reconciliation of the entitlements to ensure stp on pay date.
Following up with agent for overdur payments.
Training new team members.
