I am working as quality control administrator with one of the door and window manufacturing company. I am having trouble to find NOC code for my current role. I am doing mostly administrative duties for the quality department in the company.
my job duties are,
· Preparing reports (Quality related only) for daily Operational Performance Meeting.
· Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures in areas such as operations and records management
· Coordination quality issue with production group managers and quality manager and issue Quality Alerts.
· Create and update Quality Departments SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
· Improve process using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action) under guidelines of mentors.
· Maintain and update all quality related data and postings.
· Raise and administrate Internal Correction Action Request (ICARs) as applicable to all departments when they breach SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) process or made poor quality of product.
· Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO (International Organization for Standardization) registration ,prepare process audit schedule for the quarter and conduct quarterly assigned process audits on SOPs.
· Maintain and update IGMA (Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance)/ NAMI (National Accreditation & Management Institute) related files. Maintain CSA (Canadian Standards Association) standards for windows and doors.
· Issue Supplier Correction Action Request (SCAR) when supplier supply
defective parts or when quality of parts change without notification.
