finding my NOC code

My wife has a one year experience as an "enseignante référente" in a school. She is trying to find the corresponding NOC code for this job. However there is not an exact title for her position in the NOC search. So she is trying to find the code according to its description not its title. She found the closest one to be code number 0422 ( in particular "superintendent" ) or 4033.
The description of her job duties are:
- giving information help and advice to teachers from grade 1 to 12,
- giving help to students with learning difficulties,
- recruitment and management of schedules
- maintaining contact with the pedagogic team
- etc

How do we find the exact corresponding NOC for this job? are the codes 0422 and 4033 a good match?

0422 are executive positions for superintendents who run the school board so 4033 is a better fit.
