I finally arrived in Toronto last week, my employer no longer available so I need to find someone else, how can I find a new employer? And what are the requirements to prof my experience in Canada?

So you are PR, apply for jobs on Canadian job sites. The job listing will tell you what the requirements are - education, work experience etc.

What type of work permit - closed or open? Is your employer listed on your work permit? Medical completed?

So you can only work within the NOC. Yes it includes malls and gyms. Is there even such places that have this?

I don't know exactly but it's mean not necessary to work at home.

The job duties reference letter that you will get after completing your 12 months' experience should match the NOC code.

IRCC is suggesting since the beginning of HCCP/HSWP programs to get a job offer from an Individual, not an agency. So choose wisely.

This is the caregiver pilot where they've established that businesses are not permitted. You should also know that it is an OROWP so what is this question about PR...
