Hi
Is there someone who recently found IT work in Canada? And how did you go about doing so?
We need a job offer for extra points.

The honest answer is that you should assume it won't be possible. You should look for other ways to increase the number of points you have (e.g. better language test results) or look at qualifying through the provincial nomination programs.

I found a networking admin role fairly quickly when I arrived in Canada, but it's going to be very difficult to get a job offer you can claim points for. Unless you have a special skillset, you won't be exempt from the LMIA. The employer will have to justify why they hired a foreign worker and not a Canadian resident / citizen if you want to claim points for a job offer

How do you get this PNP points.. I want to work in Canada..

Core network jobs are quite rare, but 5G maybe happening in the near future in Canada - if your skills are sharp and up to date - you can monitor the job sites of the big telecom vendors - Nokia, Huawei and Ericsson.

If you have Core Network operation experience you can also check the websites of the big Mobile Telecom operators - Rogers, Bell, Telus. There are a few small ones too Freedom Mobile (Ontario) and Eastlink (Nova Scotia).
