Financial supporting documents....plzzzz help friends

Hii friends...I paid tuition fee and deposited for GIC. My father is living in canada and he will be sponsoring for my studies in canada. I asked him to send me the sponsorship letter along with his bank statement from the bank in canada. Do I need to keep the bank statements of mine and my parents from the banks in INDIA ? Also ,please tell me whether I have to keep land valuation documents while applying for visa??? keeping all these documents increases more paper work.will it be negative to my visa process??please clear my doubts friends.....

Everything is good to satisfy your VO... Remember that is the best you can do... Your main concern although, since your dad is in Canada should be showing strong home ties...

Thanks for your reply sir. Sir,but i heard that keeping so many documents creates negative impression about me and it will cause to rejection also sometimes. So,is it good to keep more documents as proofs?? I have another conflict regarding my PR. sir,my PR application is already in process and i gave medical for it ...now i am applying for study permit ,so will it have negative impression on my visa??i don't wanted to waste an year waiting for PR. so i am applying via study permit...I am really confused in this issue..I cannot hide this thing from them. I have to let them know and I will let them know by giving my UCI number in study permit application. My only fear is how they will consider my application if i disclose all details about my PR?

sir, could you please let me know any details regarding this issue??
