hi everybody

I got a general question.

Is there ANY possibility for an international student to get some kind of financial aid
that covers all the cost whilst studying an undergraduate program in Canada?

Some university offer small fundings and scholarships. But that is not enough to cover all of your costs.

greetings from germany

it is in very rare cases that international students gets 100% scholarship, generally you will not get it and you have to pay your fees in full,

so then it is like a friend of mine told me.
IF you don´t have rich parents or are rich yourself it is not possible to study as an
international student in canada.

could you please tell me in which cases 100% scholarships were given?

In rare cases... one can with excellent grades and academic records, can get funding for research based Master degrees, in specific fields... at top Universities across Canada.
Funding is more common in PHD's at top rated Universities, where you must have an excellent academic record, profile and other qualities so as to get admission into PHD's. Both are highly competitive. Only the best get funding at Master's level (certain programmes) or get selected in PHDs in their specific field.

you achieve those grades in world,which sets ur name in guinness world records, i know of only one example ALI MOEEN NAWAZISH,he is pakistani and got full scholarship from Cambridge university uk.he got 23 As in A levels. otherwise it all depends on luk and to be sincere it is near to immpossible to get full funding ,but as u told that u r from germany,then try to get scholarship from any home agency if u have really gud academics or other wise go for bank loan.

@tiger
I would like to start right away in Canada with the undergraduate.
I know that in master degree courses it is easier to get some fundings.

@sheryar
don´t get me worng but that guy studied in the UK and not in Canada.
But thanks anyway.
Unfortunetaly Germany does not support you, if you are going to study outside the EU

Hi,

1. Based on my personal experience, I believe it's not difficult to get some entrance awards or scholarship. Ofcourse, you need good grades + work profile + admission in a good school.

could you give some more detailed information about that?
what was your experience exactly?
does the scholarship was enough to cover all of your costs?
