1. What is the minimum funds requirement to Sponsor Spouse and dependent children outside Canada.
2. As i am not having any job in Canada and newly landed immigrant, so can i Sponsor without any employment reference. (Spouse and dependent Children)

As a newly landed immigrant, I am assuming that you married after landing and these are step chikdren.

If the marriage was before landing, you should have declared your spouse and children then. If you didn't, you are unable to sponsor your family now.
