Hello
Got ITA one month back and just checked while uploading the documents that proof of funds for 2 -780000 approx. In your account from past 6 months.
I have 500000 in FD 2 months old
+ 200000 In salary account 3 months old and 100000 in savings account 3 months old.
I'm very confused give me some way to show this funds old. Cannot work like if I mention current date without past 6 months date.

No one knows how IRCC calculates or assesses proof of funds, but we can take their literal words meaning that you need $XXX in account at least 6 months ago. Others have suggested it's the average balance over 6 months. It seems you are short of this figure.

Thanks for the reply,
Initially my consultant told me funds required only on current date not any average. But now just checked info on ita website.
Thanks

Can we show closing balances for each of the last 6 months? Or just one singular figure that the balance from Feb 2017-July 2017 was $xxxx?

Hello,
Checked with one of my friend who got PR through EE in 2016.
He said only 'Closing balance' will work no specific period is required.
Pl. clarify doubt
Thanks
