Financial profile with RBC royal bank of Canada

Did anyone got a financial profile with RBC in Canada ? Can you share how you done it, who did you request it from ? How long did it take ? Did they have a template or did you prepare a draft and take it to them ?

I called in to my branch's customer care and made the request; I read to the agent the cic requirements, stating those are the details I required. I requested it be sent to my branch. Additionally, I got a six month print out of one of my accounts with bank stamp. It took about a week(5 business days).
