I Just got my Pr through my son and now i want to sponsor my daughter i am a retired Person So i wanted to know what finances are required to sponsor her as i am not working

If your daughter is over 18, then you can't sponsor her, she'd have to come on her own.

My daugther Is under psychiatric care and the rule book mentions regardless of age if the Person suffers from a mental or physical condition she Can Be sponserd

I'm not sure where it says that, but if your family member is proved to be costly to the Canadian medical system, then she cannot be sponsored.

This question was already answered in your other thread. Sponsoring her will only be possible if she was declared as your dependent and medically examined as part of your PR application. If she did not take or pass the medical as part of your PR application, then you cannot sponsor her. You need to find out and confirm if your daughter did the medical as part of your application.
