Finance 101 for newcomers

Can anyone recommend a good site/link to give a bit of information for people moving to Canada (Ontario) with regard to personal finances?

For example, I'd like to learn about income tax rates, how RSPs work, if there is stamp duty or tax to be paid when buying a property etc..
