so i have been called for an interview by my home visa office on the 12 of june 2012 and asked to bring marriage certificate ,proof of communication between me and my spouse etcc,marriage picture..so i would like to know what next after the interview...

The interview means that they weren't convinced of your relationship based on the info you sent with your application so be sure to take as much proof of as you can to the interview. After (or sometimes at the end of the interview) they will decide if you are in a genuine relationship. If so, they will finalize your application (security check) and ask for your passport to generate the COPR and visa if necessary.

Depends on the visa office. Right now, focus on prepping for the interview. After the interview, if you address their questions, you'll likely go to final medical and security check.
