I just received an email from MIDI asking for documents...

Is this means that they gonna accept me? my points are two low and has been affected with the new points rule. I lost about 5 points...

You lost 5 points but you didn't mention if you went under the threshold or not!!! What do you mean too low? Tell us the exact number

Yes I am inland applicant..i submitted my application December 2017... single applicant with 2 kids... right now my points is 45☹

I lost some points in the area of training..unless the gonna go with the old points rule

Oh God, it's weird that you're 45 points and they sent document checklist! They will be using the new points system with you.

probable they started preliminary review on ur application before the new grid, that is why u are not effected.

U better to contact MIDI and ask..most probably u may not affected with new system..but can't say exactly..god knows..but make prepare ur documents.and send without delay..and keep in touch with this tread by ur updates mate...best of luck....

I am in same situation, I am JAN 2017 applicant (Inland). With new rules I am short by 2 points so I dont know MIDI will apply new rules or old rules on my application, Finger crossed !!
