Few Passport size photos. -2 or 3 for PRC (may not be needed, but good to have)
PR Card Application (IMM 5444E). -carry it filled pre-printed, for ease
Kids Immunization Record ( if you have any for school admission)

Obviously pp's and copr

wish you all the best for new life in canada

Make sure if you are carrying $10,000 or more per person you will have to fill E677 form also

There are 2 steps.

1) First you will get this declaration card on flight or at airport

http://www.cbsa.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/e311-eng.pdf

When filling this card tick yes "you are bringing into Canada $10,000 or more"

2) You will also need to fill The form E677. You can fill it in advance. It is found below but make sure you sign it in the presence of CBSA border officer.
