Dear Experts,

I have a challenging question, please continue reading :)
I filed a skilled worker application between Feb 2008 and Nov 2009. I am a software engineer (NOC 2173), however I worked as English Language Instructor (NOC 4131) for my military service. They requested the documents on mid 2009 and I responded with all documents including a letter from my military unit stating that I worked as an English Language Instructor on a full-time basis. I also submitted my resume indicating my duties. I do not have educational background for this job (I am an Engineer). However, I have some credibility because of three reasons:
- I indicated my experience before the November 2008 ministerial instructions with the 38 occupations list.
- My IELTS score is 7.5.
- It was a mandatory service.

Finally after long silence, they sent my asking for an updated resume with detailed duties as English Language Instructor and state if it was a full-time or part-time job.

In the same week I got a job offer and an LMO for 6 months as a software engineer. I already applied for the temporary worker permit. Now, I should respond to the permanent residence application inquiry.

My question is: Should I refer to the LMO and the temporary job offer? I would appreciate your advice/experience?

Thanks
