Welcome to the queue!! ;D

Hi,

Have you ever worked on any Managerial Job profile? For 0213 you will need to show experience as a manager (computer, IT, project etc). Rest seems ok to me.

Thanks.

Shahi,

Your determination is admirable. Please understand that the only NOC open for IT is in the Managerial stream. If you are able to convince CIC that an a job in Accenture + MBA = Managerial experience, well, good for you. I hope you have other plans and that you are not relying 100% on this option.

Several ppl have already told you that they have become very strict about job duties. Even you understand that the chances are, in your words, bleak.

Good Luck!

Sounds like you have only 14months of work experience, that too before your MBA. There is no harm in trying but my opinion is hard chance (sorry to be negative). You might be better off finding a job in Canada or PNP or Quebec.

Are you married? If yes what is your spouse' education. Because if you are single I don't see that you qualify for immigration. No offence but how do you think you make enough points, do you have any relatives in Canada?

And for 0213, not anyone in IT can qualify, you will need letter from Accenture saying you work in the capacity of a Manager and you managed a team and most importantntly performed thd uties mentioned in the lead statment of 0213.

I dont think Accenture will give you such a job letter unlessyou actually worked as a Manager. My honest opion based on my expereinec with clients here, do not apply. Once you apply and get rejecetd it is hard to take away any infromation back from CIC. Wait for sometime and finish another 6 months of job. And most importartantly see if you can get a job letter of such kind to amke you qualify.

Hi All,
Thanks for your honest replies...

@maple..thanks dude..
@bluboy..well the profile i had in accenture was as i said was an SAP basis consultant... duties were more or less of software engineer...but some managerial ones but yes few.. however i did have a training of 6 months in reliance telecom which involved management duites, but i was a trainee...dont know if tht helps..
@nomad _musafri well no not the only option i am relying on...but certainly the most preffered option...
@new2canada i appreciate ur honest opninon...
@sahej-kapoor i do qualify as i m MBA plus within age 0f 21-49..n i know intermediate level of french...gives me arnd 70 points..should be enough i guess...well as fas as getting a letter from accenture..yes ur right..cant have tht...

To All of u friends, do you guys think tht my french language...MBA in IT, Business (B1/B2) visa to US(tht would help in easy verification of identity n reliabilty, i hope) visits to some of other countries as tourist...besides the points do they really serve as a an advantage which one might get,,small as it may be???

Regards
Shahi

First of all, FSW is not a visa - it's an application for PR. I am not sure if you have done enough research on this thing.
Also, in my opinion. no "course", professional or otherwise, will be considered as an "Managerial experience". No matter how many points one may have, if s/he does not qualify for a NOC under stress per CIC, it does not really matter!

This is confusing. So you were a trainee and a manager all at the same time, straight out of college? Not trying to discourage you, only want to help you see the inconsistencies in your story, which CIC will most probably notice also.

If Canada is your best option, you've got to rethink your approach. As of now, FSW might not be available to you. You may want to look for a job in Canada, get a work permit, and then continue working on your PR from there. Or you can look for a real Managerial job in IT, with your MBA, and then rightly apply for FSW.

Good luck.
