I will be sending my full application to local visa office tomorrow. I have put the documents in the following order

1. Checklist
2. Letter from Sydney - Nova Scotia
3. Application Forms
4. Identity Cards & Civil Status Documents
5. Children's Information
6. Travel Documents (Passport Photo copies)
7. Education Documents (Originals)
8. Work Experience Letter
9. Proof of Language (IELTS Original Marks sheet)
10. Settlement Funds Proof (Bank Statement, Bank Letter)
11. Police clearance Certificates
12. Photographs (In a sealed envelope with my name and date of birth on the envelope)

Kindly let me know if there is anything missing. Also do I have to put them in a particular order?

Regards,

We normally do not get Originals in University Sealed Envelopes. I can send the notarized copies, but dont want to waste time if they ask for originals.

I understand that few university don't provide. I would suggest you to explain visa office that why university doesnt issue this kind of envelopes and your are sending Notarized copy of document to them. I hope this will be enough. I will do the same thing in my case. This is my personal opinion....plz wait for some senior remarks...

How about birth certificate?

Hmm, that's something I don't have for myself and my spouse. We do have ID cards plus forms containing birth records, but not a certificate.

I would check the Birth Cert situation if I was you. I am nearly positive they will require them for each person listed on your application.

birth certificate is a must thing.

if you do not have you should get it from the place you were born.
