Hello,

I have two visitor visa denails from UK. It was in 2012 and now trying to fill PR forms.

There is a question ‘Has ABC ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?’ and I said yes to this one and tried to explain the situation. ( ı do not remember every detail but shared the main reasons)

I do not have the refusal letters. Do they ask from me to upload these letters later?

And does it have any negative effect on my pr application.

Thanks

no you do not need to upload the refusal letter.. just write yes that you were denied.

Hey I have asked this query in the other threads too, but did not seem to get a response so sharing again. When asked about any denied entry at the landing interview, are they also asking about any prior visa refusal? I have already added the details in the application. I just want to make sure, I answer about the visa stuff too as need be. I have seen in the background declaration form, visa rejection and denied entry are separate questions though on the online Express entry stuff, they ask it all together.

Can someone who has gone through this, please reply. Thank you!

Thank you for the reply. I added the details in the application as well. I was asking about the landing interview. Can someone please share their experience?
