Filling up BACKGROUND DECLARATION and ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION on Inland ap

Bit help here please

I was wondering who should be fill up the IMM5669E: BACKGROUND DECLARATION and IMM5406E: ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION application forms on Permanent Resident application?

While my wife is the Canadian citizen/ sponsor, and I am the applicant, we have decided to fill up one each OF IMM5669 and IMM5406E

In addition, can you please let me know if any form missing from the application? Which we are about to submit with the resident application?
