For new Immigrant. landing for first time, which Part should be filled out in the Customs declaration Form? Part B or Part C (besides Part A ans D)? What is the correct way to fill them out?

You fill out the 'visitors' section, you are not a "resident" UNTIL you complete landing procedures.

Then what do you write for 'Duration of Stay'?

Don't fill out the visitor section, leave it blank.

CBSA officer will check and mark the form as necessary. An arriving immigrant is NOT a visitor.

I would fill out Part C and write in bracket "becoming a permanent resident" - really no right or wrong answer, you just have to be truthful.

Then what do you write for 'Duration of Stay'?
