It says you need to put NA when it does not relate to you. So if you do not have a co-signer does that mean you have to put NA in all questions asked about the co-signer

No just in spaces applicabe to you should be enough.

Please note: the Additional Family Information form IMM5406E has 3 palces for signatures.

Alot of people had their applications returned for not signing that form properly, especially Section B. If you don't have children, you'd need to sign it. Please read and sign all thoroughly.
