Filling IMM5669 Form

Dear all,

I am trying to fill the Schedule A (IMM 5669) form , as they told me to do so, would like to ask about the Question 6 ,option E , in this form

Q: been refused admission to, or ordered to leave,canada OR any other country ?

as i been deported from one country but NOT Canada, i know i need to tick on Yes in this form , but shell i need to write a statment where i need to explain about my deportation OR only tick on Yes is okay....?

You must tick "yes" and include an explanation of what happened and why.

@nabil2009 : Brother you need to tick YES and than include an explaination letter and mentioned which country was it and when and why were you deported from that particular country.
