Dear All,
I plan to get married in December and my Spouse is already in Canada on a work permit. I have recently just submitted my eAPR so i am hoping to get PR in 6 Months. My question is this, How long after landing do i have to be in Canada to apply for her own PR.

You could have included her in your ee application.

You can sponsor her for PR immediately after landing. You must be living in Canada when you submit the application and must continue living in Canada as the application is being processed.

If you get married before you land in Canada and become a PR, then you must contact CIC to notify them of your marriage and you must add your spouse to your application (even if your spouse is non-accompanying). As part of this process, your spouse will need to pass the medical, provide PCCs and also pass the security and background checks.

It sounds like you will be married BEFORE you get PR, so you will have to add her to your application as soon as you get married.
