I would say no, since in your case you are not listing your spouse in your application, she is not a part of your CEC application. But it depends on how the CIC interprets 'listed'.
However, lying on application is fraud and there are serious consequences. Show your finalized application to a certified immigration consultant. Better safe, than sorry. Cheers!
