Filled wrong IMM form

I am currently living in Canada and recently got my work permit approved but when I was filling the application I did not realize that I used IMM1295.Now immigration thinks I live outside the Canada and asked for my passport and told me that I will be granted the visa when I will enter the country.I dnt know what to do know.Please help

I did call them thy asked me fill the webform,even after filling the webform they didn’t change anything
