Filipinos FSW..When to submit?? Before/On/or afterJuly 1?

Hi guys,
Thanks for taking time to read my post. I wanna ask some things regarding the application process. I am a nurse with complete documents. I am planning to submit an application under the FSW this coming July 2012. I wanna know when is the best time to validate data in the website and when to send it to NS, since quota for this occupation reaches too soon. Is it on July 1 or Before July 1, 2012? And which VO is better to choose? London VO or Manila VO? Last query, do we need to be a Canadian Board of Nursing member before applying under the FSW category? Thanksso much for the help!

We are under the same NOC. I think it is better to send our applications right after the announcements for the MI5 has been made. With regards to the VO, the guideline states that it should be your country of Nationality or residence. According to the processing times, Manila has 22 months in the average, while London has 29 months (source: CIC website). The answer to your last question would depend on the announcement. However, I sent my credentials assessed by ICAS, but still waiting for the result.
