Filipino with visa processed outside Philippines- i need advise

Hello mga kababayan,

I already had my visa on hand (LCP) which was issued here in New York. I am planning to go home before moving to Canada, from Pinas diretso na sa Canada. My concern here is kelangan ko ba mag undergo ng mga PDOS or mga seminars bago ako umalis kahit hindi sa Pinas ako nagprocess ng papers? Do I need to notarize my documents first or show a red ribbon one? Any advise here will be appreciated. Salamat po!

Hi, since you're under LCP, you're under the jurisdiction of POEA and OWWA as OFW and every time you go thru Phil airport, immigration officials will look for documents as required by POEA. You can try asking POEA once you're there.
