Is it allowed to make changes to my personal information in express entry profile after receiving ITA and before filing for the application? I have made the mistake of not changing my marital status to Divorced and I don't want to file incorrect application. Please help.

In ur case , please talk to CIC and create webform ticket as well .

If you have ITA, while submitting PR application, you can change your marital status. You can upload an LOE mentioning human error.
