Filing for visa without final degree

Hello everyone
I have been enrolled in a college for a diploma in Edmonton for Fall intake 2020 however I am still in my final year of college and yet to give my final semester exams. As exams keep getting postponed instead of cancelled in India, I am unable to get my degree. I have to apply for my visa now because its already so late but I cannot proceed without my degree. Please help me as I am stuck in this situation and I don’t want to waste one whole year because of govt’s reckless decision of conducting exams in September.
One very important point is that my program does not have a Jan intake so no option to defer.

Try to get course completion certificate from college and apply

If you can't show a transcript, I am surprised the college is still accepting you. The fact of the matter is you don't have the grades or transcript which will likely make it unable for you to get the visa.

Yes I do have a course completion certificate. Ok I am going to apply tomorrow. Hope everything goes well
