Files Moved to Local Visa Office

Dear @legalfalcon , I noticed a bunch of files between October 27 - Nov 3 AOR files were moved to various LVOs from CIO without starting eligibility, do you know why this may have been done? Could IRCC be using that range of AORs for sample sized quality assurance? Because other AORs that submitted after that range have been told eligibility passed while Oct 27 - Nov 3 remains in the dark. Eligibility and BGC not started for a while.

Files are moved for many reasons, and the biggest one of work load distribution. Currently IRCC's offices in Canada remain closed, so if LVOs are open and have the capacity, the applications can be processed there.
