File withdrawal process for FSW and apply CEC-- URGENT PLZ HELP

Hi guys,

I already submitted my file under FSW but I withdrew it due to proof of funds issue, but still the file is under process to withdrawal.. Can i apply under Canadian Experience Class (CEC) if I get selected in the next draw?

Please help!!!
