I have a friend who apply for PR 27 months ago ( he is a protect person in Canada) His ecas shows DM in May. Days later he received Portal invitation ( it's been 3 months) and uploaded all information. He never received COPR. Today when he call IRCC they told him his file was transferred to local office ( Montreal) 8 days after he upload photos, confirm his adress and presence in Canada. They said now they order for a prolongation of medical ( ecas and ircc account show he passed medical already)again. He is very worried and I find this situation odd. I don't know what to tell him. Have you ever heard something like that before?
