I have applied last April 2011 and my files have been transfered to London. the status is RBVO since may 2011. I am in UK at present and may have to move to India within 2-3 months due to the work permit issues.
Do I have to tranfer fies to Newdelhi VO?
Is it possible to transfer? If so when to start the process?
Does it affect the processing period? If it affects the processing time I wonder whether it is possible to retain the VO as London eventhough I am living in INDIA...

Any replys would be appreciated...

CHC will NOT transfer files if the applicant moves, they will only transfer files for the "integrity of the program". So if you go to India, your difficulty will be getting the passport back and forth to London. As it is illegal to mail passports in/out of India.

Is there any solution like sending the passport with some one else..
What about an interview.. do they transfer it ... it might be difficult to get the visiting visa..
Can I file one more application 9nce I am in India without withdrawing the current one..am just thinking the possibilities..

1. You can authorize someone else to carry the passport back and forth.
2. The interview will be in London, if required. If you don't attend, they usually refuse.
