File transfer

Dear Sirs,

I have received my first PER on 21st of march 2011, and till now my e-cas status doesn't show the file transfer to my VO at Nairobi. Dears, I am worried and what can I do ? Please advise.

u don't have to worry at this stage. It is their responsability to send your file to VO. Just wait; it will be there soon.
