i want to know that after AOR file transfer information update will online ? like i can check online this or CIC will email me? about file transfer?

You will probably get AOR by email. After that you should get sponsorship approval by email as well, though mine came by regular mail. The sponsorship approval letter will tell you that the file has been transferred to your local visa office, in your case, Manilla.

You can follow the progress of your application online but it won't tell you much other than the fact that your application has been received and is in progress.
