I got my PER on 12 NOV 2014, my VO is New Delhi INDIA. How will I come to know if my file has been transferred to VO and processing has been started?

Will it be updated in the ecas?

No. You will know when you get an email requesting medicals/PCC etc. It takes on average 45 days from PER to receive it.

I got my PER in September and my processing has been started in October, but still now no further email for medical? Is there any chances to get rejected and that is why they are delaying?
