My wife is in canada from Jan 2019 as a international student in Conestoga college, i am going to apply for a open work permit. Everything is done expect the client information file. Every time i make a pdf file of my documents it increases the limit of 4 mb. Is there any way to keep it in limit. And also should i attach our together pictures or communication history as a marriage proof?
