Aug 31, 2024 - Claim Submitted

Sept 04, 2024 - AOC , Medical Request

Sept 21 , 2024 - Medical Passed

October 4, 2024 - Work Permit, Refugee claimant docs, Biometrics, Document Seizure .

November 19 2024 - Less Complex Claim

December 11 2024 - Evidence Submitted

Waiting for decision / Hearing Date

So IRB decides if the case is less complex or complex based on BOC or it is decided after the evidence is submitted?

hello,how did you know that your case is less complex,
I mean i don't know status of mine case.just waiting and waiting for hearing lawyer always says wait we can't do anything about early hearings etc...
