File returned letter query

Dear all I had submitted my case to NS Sydney on 27th of Aug-09 but received returned my file on 20th of October-09 with the letter from NS that they need copy of both sides of AEO but unfortunately my lawyer attached single side.

NS also mentioned in their letter that if I file again my case to them I should attached copy of their letter under which they had sent back my file. What does it mean?

I have applied under NOC 1111 but I got AEO under NOC 1231. Have I filed it ok? Would I be able to through?

Kindly give your valuable comments/suggestions.

When you send them the AEO attach a copy of this letter too. At least that is what it sounds like to me.
Did you get any other letters from them?

I got my application returned as I wrote wrong my visa office. There is only one letter attached from the CIO when your package is returned, you should just enclose it to your new application. In my particular case, I didn't do it as I have re-applied before getting the package returned (I noticed that mistake before and send another application). I'm sure no enclosing it, won't affect at all my new application as this letter states that no record has taken per my package returned.

I was submitted copy of AEO with the application to NS. I received only a letter from them with the file returned. I have now applied again and include their letter with both sides xerox copy of AEO and waiting from their response.
